The consultation concerns a design and construction supervision mission for a heat distribution network. It is part of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) relating to the urban heat and cold network "Plaine Campus", granted by Toulouse Métropole to the company Toulouse Énergie Durable (TED). To meet the challenges of energy transition and supply security, Amendment No. 7 to the DSP contract provides for a major extension of the network and a densification of production means via renewable energies. The operation involves the creation of the heat distribution network for the contracting authority DALKIA. The contracting authority reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the Tender Documents (DCE). The services may be divided into a firm section and one or more optional sections. If applicable, the sections will be described in the DCE offer phase.
