The building extends from the 2nd basement to the 4th floor. The basement levels house a gymnasium, changing rooms, technical and ancillary spaces. From the ground floor to the 4th floor, there are classrooms, group rooms and multi-purpose rooms. The building management system controls the heating with district heating, the cooling with the chiller and three ventilation systems. Various room groups are regulated variably and according to demand by the room automation. A building management system is used to adjust parameters and for visualisation.
