Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026-25 - Follitropin alfa

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Follitropin alfa (several lots will be formed, see details for the respective lots). The contract conclusion takes place within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.08.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.07.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
