Finland – Tree-maintenance services – Tarjouspyyntö, Rakennetun ympäristön puiden hoidon puitejärjestely 2026-2030

The subject of the procurement is the Framework Agreement for the Maintenance of Trees in the Built Environment 2026-2030 in the area of the City of Lahti. The maintenance works include, for example, the following tasks:

- structural pruning of young and maturing trees

- maintenance pruning of fully grown trees

- maintenance pruning of old trees

- special pruning such as topping and crown reduction

- condition assessments

- tree removal

- tree crown support

- stump grinding

- transport services related to tree care and felling services

Additionally, we request a quote for the removal of waste material accumulated during the work with a dump truck equipped with a grapple, as well as consulting services, for example, for assessing the maintenance needs of trees. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the attachment "General Contract Terms, Maintenance of Trees in the Built Environment". The work will be carried out on a time-based billing basis, unless otherwise stated. The ordered works are small, short-term works, the quantity of which is not known in advance. Each order will aim to include at least two days of work (16 h). The works will be ordered separately, clearly specified. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the works of the procurement are considered to form a whole, the division of which by the procuring entity would be impractical for technical and economic reasons (Act on Public Procurement and Concessions 1397/2016, §75). The tender is made in the Finnish language. Official communication between the purchaser and the tenderer takes place in Finnish. The purchaser does not pay a tender fee for the preparation of the tender. The estimated total value of this framework agreement, excluding VAT, is a maximum of 720 000 euros.
