The Government of Swabia operates the ANKER Swabia, consisting of several dependencies at various locations, for the accommodation and supply of asylum seekers in the Swabia region. The subject of this service contract are catering services, which the contractor provides for one or more facilities of the contracting authority. The procurement is carried out in lots. The specific design of the services results from the service description and the price list under "Products/Services". The contractor ensures, through its service provision, the daily full board of the residents for 365 catering days per year (leap years: 366 days per year) in the facility. The contractor delivers the meals and drinks according to previously agreed menus with the contracting authority and distributes them within the framework of the meal distribution in the facility. The contractor takes over the production and delivery, the distribution of meals including the control of the meal entitlement. The catering in the respective facilities is called up daily by the contracting authority according to the actual occupancy. A lower occupancy is possible at any time. The contractor has no claim to the acceptance of a minimum quantity. The readiness fee according to item 3.1 of the service contract remains unaffected by this. In exceptional cases, it may be necessary to cater for more people due to short-term overcrowding than the maximum occupancy specified in each case.
