Switzerland – Drawing instruments – Acquisition de compas

The Procurement and Logistics Department of the Canton of Vaud (DAL) is attached to the Directorate General for Buildings and Heritage (DGIP). It is tasked with ensuring, in accordance with the rules of the State and the applicable public procurement regulations, the supply of the Vaud Cantonal Administration (ACV) in the sectors of equipment, furniture, supplies for school and vocational training, printed materials, as well as computer hardware and software. The present contract aims to acquire compasses for the various services of the Vaud Cantonal Administration (ACV). All deliveries will be made to the DAL. The present contract concerns 3 different types of compasses. The estimated annual value is CHF 176,201.00 excluding tax, which represents CHF 352,402.00 excluding tax over the 2-year contractual period, excluding budget suspension decision, with the possibility of extension for one year up to 2 times but for a maximum duration of 4 years. The estimated annual quantity within the framework of the present contract is 13,000 compasses. These volumes are given as an indication and do not constitute any contractual commitment on the part of the buyer. Bidders must take this possibility of variation into consideration.
