Design and construction for the demolition of 6 dwellings, seismic strengthening (reinforcement of structures, masonry, staircases, guardrails), and major rehabilitation of 231 dwellings at Résidences du Port located in the Lauricisque district of Pointe-à-Pitre. The works include the complete renovation of the dwellings (electricity, wet rooms, thermal and acoustic comfort) and the rehabilitation of common areas and outdoor spaces. The project also includes an architectural dimension for the requalification of facades and an innovative approach.
