Spain – Port operation services – Elección de la solución más ventajosa para el otorgamiento de una concesión administrativa para la gestión y explotación de puestos de amarre para embarcaciones de recreo, zona de varadero y estación de suministro de combustibles, con una superficie total de 26.358,07 m2 de zona de dominio público portuario, situado en el puerto deportivo de Cala’n Bosch, T.M Ciutadella (Menorca).

The operation of this facility will be carried out by means of an administrative concession for the occupation of public domain, with the particularities and reservations mentioned previously, and the authorisation for the provision of the following services, in accordance with Law 10/2005, of 21 June, of the ports of the Illes Balears:

a) Mooring, unmooring and launching of vessels.

b) Waiting pier and mooring surface for transit vessels.

c) Buoyage.

d) Means of hoisting vessels and repair.

e) Fuel supply.

f) Radio-communication service and telephone, telematic and VHF service, and also meteorological information.

g) Rapid intervention team for fire extinguishing and spill control.

h) Waste collection and treatment and sewage treatment systems.

i) Pumping and storage system that allows the extraction of oily waters from the bilges of vessels and system of filtration and decantation of the waters from the areas where potentially polluting activities are carried out.

j) Pumping, treatment and/or evacuation system for grey and residual waters from vessels.

k) Covered storage system.

l) Social building.

m) Sanitary system.

n) Ice supply service.

o) Facilities suitable for nautical teaching and the practice of activities related to ports.

p) Maritime rescue support team.

q) Accesses suitable for disabled people.

r) Environmental quality management system.

s) Port captaincy.

t) Emergency and safety plan.

u) Ramp service for towed vessels.

v) Embarkation and disembarkation.
