1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 20 high-speed electric traction units, together with maintenance services, and the design and construction of a technical maintenance workshop. 2. The procurement procedure is conducted through a competitive dialogue, in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act". The subject contract is a sectoral contract. 3. Detailed requirements for the contract are included in the procurement documentation.
