The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, which will be used for the awarding of specific contracts for the supply of sports equipment. The subject of the contracts awarded in the DNS is the supply of contract items, which are commonly available on the market, mainly in the range of groups 374, 184, 185, 188, 189, 344, 351, 358, 375, 383, 395, as well as the provision of related services such as delivery of goods to the designated place, including their unloading, collection and ecological disposal of used consumable materials and the like. The contracting authority, as needed, will also use another specific CPV code from the listed groups or another group according to CPV for the classification of goods or services. The contracting authority will announce a specific contract using the DNS based on a Call for Tenders. The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the relevant Call for Tenders as part of the awarding of a specific contract in accordance with the tender documents. The contracting authority expects to award specific contracts within the DNS at irregular, unpredictable intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. Similarly, the volume of specific contracts awarded within the dynamic purchasing system, the contracting authority expects from units to thousands of units in a specific contract awarded within the dynamic purchasing system. The specific scope of the subject of the contract as well as its detailed specification including specific delivery places, will be part of the individual calls within the established DNS, which will be sent to all registered interested parties through the information system JOSEPHINE.
