This public procurement procedure aims to acquire: a) technical design services and; b) technical assistance from the designer; c) works execution; The acquired services and works aim to implement the project titled "DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL GAS SMART DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS IN ORDER TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF FLEXIBILITY, SAFETY, OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY, AS WELL AS THE INTEGRATION OF TRANSPORT, DISTRIBUTION AND FINAL CONSUMPTION ACTIVITIES IN VAIDEENI COMMUNE WITH THE BELONGING LOCALITIES (CERNA, CORNET, IZVORU RECE, MARITA, VAIDEENI), VALCEA COUNTY". The order to start the provision of services (as the initial stage in the contract execution) will be issued only after the signing of the financing contract between the MINISTERUL DEZVOLTĂRII, LUCRĂRILOR PUBLICE ȘI ADMINISTRAȚIE as Financier and Beneficiary. In this sense, the present procurement procedure is launched with a suspensive clause. Any expenditure related to the preparation and submission of the tender is the direct responsibility of the economic operators. In the event that the contract cannot be performed because the financing contract is not signed, the contracting authority cannot be held liable for the payment of any potential damages incurred by economic operators for the preparation and submission of the tender.
