Poland – Surgical sutures – DOSTAWA MATERIAŁU SZEWNEGO, STAPLERÓW I SIATEK DLA SP ZOZ w ŁĘCZNEJ

3.1. The subject of the contract is the supply of suture material, staplers and meshes to the Central Operating Block in the hospital in Łęczna. The subject of the contract is detailed and itemised in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 sets: Description of the set: Designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary: CPV: Set No. 1 - suture material; 33141121-4 Surgical sutures Set No. 2 - electric stapler handle; 33141100-1 - Dressings, clips, sutures, ligatures; Set No. 3 - Polypropylene mesh; 33141121-4 Surgical sutures Set No. 4 - Composite mesh; 33141121-4 Surgical sutures 3.2. The subject of the contract must be marked in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and allowed to be sold and used in Poland, have the necessary certificates and permits, if required by the relevant provisions. 3.3. Partial tenders for individual sets are allowed. All the items listed must be offered within a set. Failure to complete any item within a set will result in the rejection of the tender. 3.4. The technical parameters given in the annexes should be considered as a sample meeting the minimum requirements. The elements proposed by the contractors must not have parameters worse than those given as a sample. 3.5. The contracting authority allows the subject of the contract to be offered in packages containing a different quantity of the subject of the contract than suggested in the price form tables, with simultaneous conversion of the quantity. 3.6. The subject of the contract must be new, allowed to be sold on the basis of the applicable legal provisions and meet all the requirements specified by the legal provisions, in particular the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2024 item 1620) and free from any physical or legal defects and have a validity period of not less than 12 months from the date of delivery.
