The equipment subject to the procurement must be suitable for professional use in healthcare. The purchaser will buy the equipment subject to the procurement, selected by the successful Supplier, using the purchase model and will offer them to their own customers as a device service. The minimum requirements of the equipment subject to the procurement and the characteristics exceeding the minimum requirements, which are to be scored, as well as the factors influencing the price comparison, are described in more detail in the annexes "Requirements specification + comparison data" specific to the sub-area. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: 1. Sub-area | Automatic blood pressure monitors 2. Sub-area | Automatic blood pressure monitor: suitable for over 3 years of age 3. Sub-area | Mechanical blood pressure monitor 4. Sub-area | Digital ear thermometer The Supplier may submit a tender for any one (or more) sub-area, more than one, or all sub-areas, according to their own discretion. The submission of a parallel tender within a single sub-area is not permitted. Alternative tenders are not permitted. The purchaser will select one (1) Supplier for each sub-area of the procurement, with whom it will enter into a procurement contract. The procurement contract must be used only by Istekki Oy and the parties to the resulting contract are only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier. For clarity, it is stated that Istekki's customers are not parties to this tender or the procurement contract made on its basis. The procurement quantities stated in the tender request and its annexes are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a mandatory purchase obligation for the purchaser.
