Switzerland – Construction work – Totalunternehmung Planungs- und Tiefbauleistungen Unterflurcontainer (UFC) für Kehricht

Disposal + Recycling Zurich (ERZ) provides underground containers for waste disposal in the city of Zurich. The basis for this is Article 16 of the Ordinance on Waste Management in the City of Zurich (VAZ). ERZ installs underground containers (UFC) on private or public land. Private owners provide the necessary space for the installation of the UFC on their property according to Article 15 VAZ. Approximately 21 new UFCs are expected to be installed each year from 2027 to 2030, so that by the end of 2030, 84 new UFCs will likely be in operation on private or public land, or public land. With this tender, ERZ is seeking a general contractor who, in coordination with ERZ, will plan the project during private construction projects, obtain the necessary permits, install the UFC, and represent ERZ on site during the construction work. The general contractor will also provide the necessary plans and documents required for the legal security of the UFC (right of way) in the land register for ERZ.
