Description

Services of BIM Management for Quality Assurance in the Project Planning Section U29 Nord of the U9 Relief Link - Area U29 Bf Hauptbahnhof – Bf Theresienstraße with U9 up to and including the Articulation Point Shaft Construction Brienner Straße. The subject matter of the service comprises BIM management in this project over the service phases 1-4 of the HOAI. The measure comprises several sub-areas: a) Significant increase in capacity in north-south traffic through the creation of new direct connections b) Relief of the heavily used inner-city Munich routes and stations c) Increase in network stability and flexibility, especially in the event of disruptions and construction sites d) Increase in attractiveness through the creation of a new link with regional and long-distance traffic and the associated time savings e) Relief of the Munich inner-city routes in event traffic, especially during football matches at the Allianz Arena and for the Oktoberfest, through a second station at the Theresienwiese. Both the planning and the execution of the entire renovation measures are to be carried out using Building Information Modeling (BIM). The project is to be coordinated as an open-BIM project via the IFC interface. The client (AG) expects the use of the BIM method to result in higher quality of planning and execution and ultimately of the structure, improved project communication, increased cost and schedule reliability, and a comprehensive data basis for the subsequent maintenance phase. The project planner creates a BIM model of the existing structure as a basis for his planning and that of the other parties involved in the planning and transfers it to them for further use. In the organisation, the main planner for structural engineering acts as the overall BIM coordinator. This is responsible for merging the individual specialist models and checking them to create a performance-phase-appropriate, coordinated coordination model and to transfer it to the contractor (AN). The AN is responsible for coordination, implementation and monitoring with regard to the use of the BIM method. Contents for quality assurance and checking of the BIM specialist models and for the selection of BIM-capable software are defined in the already existing AIA. The CDE used in the project will be provided by the AG. The AN does not have to take into account any licence fees for the use of the CDE. The services of the contractor are throughout the entire project duration, among others: - Checking and implementation of BIM documents (AIA, BAP, LOIN) - Further development of the BAP checked by the AN - Implementation and administration of the AG-side BIM-related rights and obligations of the project participants - Monitoring and control of the BIM use cases - Quality checking of the documents (3D models and further documents) transferred to the AG - Rule-based checking of models with a model checker - Knowledge transfer, training and technical and specialist advice to project participants in the context of BIM - Project-specific implementation and coordination of the CDE - Implementation and execution of the special contractual conditions BIM at the executing companies - Development and implementation of a BIM concept for cost and schedule planning and control. The AG awards the AN in stages. The service phases (LPH) correspond to the Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI). Service Stage I: Services of the preliminary investigation, preliminary planning (LPH 1-2) Service Stage II: Services of the design planning and approval planning (LPH 3-4)
