The contracting authority intends to implement a research, testing and development infrastructure for hydrogen applications at the Pfeffenhausen site. The project is part of the National Innovation and Technology Centre for Hydrogen (ITZ) and serves to transfer technology from research to industrial applications, as well as to provide testing, inspection and development infrastructure for economic and non-economic users. The subject of this tender is the phased commissioning of planning services for the technical equipment for the new construction of a hydrogen test hall with ancillary building, outdoor test areas and outdoor facilities (Sections 53 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15). The individually callable performance stages are divided into Stage 1 = Performance Phases 1 to 3, Stage 2 = Performance Phase 4, Stage 3 = Performance Phase 5, Stage 4 = Performance Phases 6 to 7, Stage 5 = Performance Phase 8 and Stage 6 = Performance Phase 9. Initially, only Stage 1 will be commissioned; there is no entitlement to the commissioning of the follow-up stages.
