The DB InfraGo AG plans to construct a replacement new structure. The measure serves to ensure the continued availability of the train formation, cleaning and refuelling facility in the south-eastern forecourt of Hamburg's main station and east of line 1250. The EÜ Amsinckstraße represents the only connection between Hamburg's main station and the associated staging facilities. The investment sum for this project is estimated at EUR 80,424 million. Approximately EUR 8,6 million has already been billed under an existing contract. The newly tendered insurance contract will replace the existing contract. A construction period until 10.09.2029 is currently planned. The insurance contract will commence after the completion of the tendering procedure with the date of the award following a currently existing advance cover. (Type M) In the liability insurance, the cover amount per claim is EUR 25,000,000 in total for personal injury, property damage and financial loss, including the services from the environmental liability insurance. In the professional indemnity insurance, a separate cover amount per claim of EUR 10,000,000 in total for property damage and financial loss is available. The aforementioned amounts are tripled. The Extendend Maintenance in the construction and assembly insurance part amounts to 42 months. The liability period is 10 years in the liability insurance, and 5 years in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance. The general deductible is at least EUR 25,000. The deductible does not apply to personal injury. The extended planning cover is included in the professional indemnity insurance. As part of the extended planning cover, the deductible is EUR 100,000.
