Finland – Kitchen equipment, household and domestic items and catering supplies – Ruoanvalmistuksen, kuljetuksen ja aterioinnin tarvikkeet 2026 (00863)

The target of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is food preparation, transportation and catering supplies (hereinafter also referred to as products) and related services for the customers of Hansel Oy. The products included in the scope of the DPS are divided into three product groups: 1. tableware and accessories, 2. packaging and/or disposable items, and 3. small kitchen appliances and equipment. All products within the scope of the DPS are united by the fact that they come into contact with food. The products can be used in both professional kitchens and in educational, customer, staff and accommodation facilities, as well as in indoor and outdoor catering. The customer's procurement contract may relate to a one-off delivery, a delivery package, or the procurement of products and related services and additional services over a longer period. The target of the DPS with its products and services (including additional services) is described in more detail in the expression of interest and its annexes, especially in the annex "Target of the Dynamic Purchasing System". During the validity of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended during the validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy's customers carry out procurements between the candidates approved for the DPS with internal competitions within the DPS, which may be scheduled for the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 9.9.2026 and ends when the validity of the DPS ends. The customers' procurement contracts may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years.

The estimated total value of the dynamic purchasing system is a maximum of 40 000 000 euros (excluding VAT). If they wish, Hansel Oy's customers can use the electronic auction referred to in section 44 of the procurement law in the internal competitions of the DPS.
