France – Software-related services – Mise à disposition d'une solution logicielle de Dossier Usager Informatisé (DUI) - Couloirs PDS et PDE

The contract concerns the provision of an electronic User File (DUI) software solution for Coallia's establishments and services, as well as all associated services: deployment, integration, configuration, maintenance, developments and user support. The proposed solution must be referenced as part of the Ségur digital health programme - Wave 1 and have a documented trajectory of compliance with the requirements of Wave 2. It must enable the dematerialised, secure and compliant management of user files in accordance with regulatory requirements. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot No. 1 - DUI PDS (People with Specific Difficulties) Lot No. 2 - DUI PDE (Child Protection) The lots are awarded separately. A candidate may respond to one lot or both lots simultaneously. Coallia, a private law association, is neither a contracting authority nor a contracting entity. The contract is a private law contract; however, Coallia voluntarily intends to comply with rules of publicity and competition.
