1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services involving the diagnosis of faults, removal of faults, carrying out repairs and ensuring the technical operability of Dynamic Passenger Information (DIP) signs located in the city of Wrocław and connected to the Passenger Information System, under the conditions specified in the contract and in accordance with the Subject of the Contract description. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the requirements and the expectations of the Contracting Authority is contained in: the Contract Template (WU), which is Annex 1 to the SWZ, together with the Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ), which is Annex 1 to the Contract Template, together with the annexes, which form an integral part of the SWZ.
