Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts in accordance with §§ 130a para. 8/130c para. 1 SGB V for medicinal products with the above-mentioned active substance within the period from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2028 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). In the open-house procedure, medicinal products according to the BfArM list in accordance with § 35 para. 5a SGB V (paediatric medicinal products) are excluded.
