Denmark – Spare parts for goods vehicles, vans and cars – Værkstedsydelser med tilhørende reservedele for Renovest A/S og Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S

Renovest A/S and Vesthimmerlands Vand A/S are offering a framework agreement for workshop services with associated spare parts. The framework agreement includes workshop work in the form of mechanic work, including towing, roadside assistance, repair, maintenance inspection, etc. The ordering party's vehicle fleet is specified in Annex 2, which also indicates which vehicles from the fleet are to undergo maintenance inspection. It is required that there is a maximum of 30 minutes' travel between the workshop and the ordering party's address. The agreement enters into force from the 1st day of the month following the expiry of the standstill period. The agreement has a duration of 48 months (4 years). Termination can be made with six (6) months' notice to the end of a month, but no earlier than one (1) year after the date of entry into force. The ordering party requires the use of trainees. The requirement is set as a condition for the implementation of the framework agreement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, § 176. The supplier must, in connection with the submission of a tender, describe the procurement process, cf. tender conditions point 7.1. The description will be part of the agreement basis. The agreement contains a right of retrial for the ordering party to retrial the future supplier's procurement process in relation to spare parts and materials. Reference is made to the draft agreement point 4. The ordering party's expected consumption for the entire duration of the agreement is estimated at DKK 4,800,000 excl. VAT. The ordering party's maximum drawdown in the contract period is set at DKK 6,000,000 excl. VAT. The agreement is awarded to the tenderer who submits the economically most advantageous tender based on the award criterion "price", cf. Public Procurement Act, § 162, subsection 1, no. 1.
