France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Aéroports de Paris - Accord-cadre - MAINTENANCE ET PETITS TRAVAUX DES INSTALLATIONS DE CVCD CDG

The present consultation concerns the provision of maintenance services and minor works for all installations and networks that ensure the thermal comfort and air quality of the buildings in the WEST and EAST perimeters of the Paris Charles de Gaulle platform. The WEST perimeter of the Paris CDG platform includes: - Terminal 1, Satellites 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 at T1, the NODAL building of the junction, Terminal 3, the reception pavilion, Terminals 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, MOD L, MOD K, Satellite A, link AC, link BD, Module I, Module J, Boutiquaires - including all external buildings associated with these Terminals. The EAST perimeter of the Paris CDG platform includes: - Terminal 2E, Terminal 2F, Module MN, Satellite 3, Module P, LISA workshop, Satellite 4 - including all external buildings associated with these Terminals. These two perimeters are the subject of a single contract. A possible award phase with the outgoing contractor will be carried out.
