In connection with Rødovre Municipality's development of Gartnerbyen, Rødovre Municipality decided to build a citizen house adjacent to Rødovre Town Hall (Borgerhuset). The construction of Borgerhuset was included in Rødovre Municipality's tender for building rights in Gartnerbyen, so that the winning bidder will also have to tender for and construct Borgerhuset. Borgerhuset is intended as an open house that brings together Rødovre Municipality's administrations, so that citizens will only need to contact one place when they need Rødovre Municipality, and that provides premises for associations and other activities for citizens in Rødovre. Borgerhuset will form the framework for a unique workplace and a barrier-free meeting place that protects both large and small communities. A. Enggaard A/S (hereafter the contracting authority) was awarded building rights and the right to tender for and construct Borgerhuset following the tender, which will then be transferred to Rødovre Municipality. Rødovre Municipality has, in this connection, delegated its obligations to comply with applicable tendering rules to A. Enggaard A/S in connection with the tendering and conclusion of contracts relating to the construction of Borgerhuset. The task has been divided and tendered in 5 tender packages with subcontractors. The tender for the floor contractor was tendered as part of tender package 2, but was cancelled after the submission of tenders. The present tender is therefore a retender of the subcontractor Floor. The tender is carried out as a public tender in accordance with LBK no. 116 of 03/02/2025, Announcement of the Public Procurement Act with later amendments (the Public Procurement Act). All communication with the contracting authority in the tendering and execution phases must be in Danish, both in writing and in speech. The floor contractor includes the construction of subfloors and the delivery and execution of finished floor coverings, including concrete, screed and floating screed layers as well as coverings in epoxy, polyurethane and linoleum. The work includes all necessary pre-treatments, structures and adjustments as well as coordination with other contractors and installations.
