The subject of the contract is the provision of physical protection services for persons and property, carried out 24/7 in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Persons and Property of 22.08.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 532, as amended), the Council of Ministers Regulation of 28 April 2022 on the militarisation of organisational units performing tasks for the defence or security of the State (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1198) and other applicable executive acts in this area, as well as the securing of alarm monitoring by remote monitoring centres, in accordance with OPZ.
