Spain – Repair and maintenance services – Mantenimiento Integral del edificio de la Plaza de Legazpi, nº7, adscrito al Área de Gobierno de Urbanismo, Medio Ambiente y Movilidad

The contract includes the maintenance of all facilities and spaces of the building at Plaza de Legazpi No. 7, except for lifts and their installations, transformer centre, security systems and pedestrian and parking automatic doors. This maintenance aims to achieve a reduction in repair costs, decrease in the depreciation of the property, as well as the savings derived from the correct use of the facilities and the consequent increase in their useful life. It also includes the supply, installation and maintenance of the necessary monitoring equipment to optimise energy consumption.
