France – Technical assistance services – Services de mise en œuvre du volet "accompagnement" des ménages, dans le cadre du Pacte Territorial France Rénov'

The present contract must enable the "accompaniment" aspect for households to be addressed. The target public for the mission will concern only households (owner-occupiers or landlords) with modest and very modest incomes as well as landlords within the framework of ANAH conventioning with works. In line with previous operations, the "accompaniment" aspect will cover the themes of energy renovation, adaptation and the fight against substandard housing. Particular attention must be paid to the recovery of the vacant housing stock. These accompaniments must provide technical, legal and administrative advice. They will be triggered at the request of eligible households after referral by the France Rénov' helpdesk, if necessary. The contract will include a framework agreement with call-off orders with no minimum and an annual maximum of 185 000 Euros excluding tax.
