The subject of the contract with the present tender is: „Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for software products and development of the Technological Architecture of Customs Agency“. The subject of the public procurement is divided into the following distinct positions: Distinct Position № 1 with subject: „Delivery of licenses, installation and configuration of a corporate email system, updates and usage rights for new versions of software products for 36 months and development of the Technological Architecture of Customs Agency in relation to corporate email software products“; Distinct Position № 2 with subject: „Delivery of support licenses, updates and usage rights for new versions of HCL Domino software products for 12 months and development of the Technological Architecture of Customs Agency in relation to HCL Domino software products“; Distinct Position № 3 with subject: „Delivery of new subscriptions and support subscriptions, updates and usage rights for new versions of Red Hat software products for 12 months and development of the Technological Architecture of Customs Agency in relation to Red Hat“; Distinct Position № 4 with subject: „Delivery of support licenses, updates and usage rights for new versions of Informix DBMS software products for 12 months and development of the Technological Architecture of Customs Agency in relation to Informix DBMS“; Distinct Position № 5 with subject: „Delivery of support subscriptions for relational database EDB PostgreSQL and development of the Technological Architecture of Customs Agency, in relation to relational database EDB PostgreSQL“; Distinct Position № 6 with subject: „Ensuring the continuation of the right of use and support of license subscriptions for a comprehensive, integrated solution for protection against malicious code for the needs of Customs Agency (AM)“; Distinct Position № 7 with subject: „Delivery of a solution for protection and monitoring of web application servers F5 Advanced WAF (Web Application Firewall) appliances with hardware and software support for 36 months“; Distinct Position № 8 with subject: „Delivery of licenses and support for IBM QRadar SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) software products“; Distinct Position № 9 with subject: „Updating the automated system for monitoring, analysis and management of events related to the information security of Customs Agency (SIEM) and renewal of support“; Distinct Position № 10 with subject: „Ensuring licenses for updating/continuation of the right of use and support of Netwrix Auditor software products for 36 months“; Distinct Position № 11 with subject: „Ensuring licenses for support and usage rights for new versions of Microsoft Core Infrastructure Server Suite Datacenter 2025 with - Software Assurance Package for 36 months“; Distinct Position № 12 with subject: „Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for new versions of data backup software for 12 months“; Distinct Position № 13 with subject: „Ensuring subscriptions for a cloud service allowing the organization of conference meetings for 36 months“; Distinct Position № 14 with subject: „Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for new versions of a solution for secure written communication through message exchange Rocketchat“; Distinct Position № 15 with subject: „Delivery of subscription rights and support for a modular software system for Property Management in Customs Agency for 36 months“; Distinct Position № 16 with subject: „Ensuring the right of use, full subscription service of a system for processing and calculating labor and non-labor remuneration OMEGATIM LIVE for 24 months“; Distinct Position № 17 with subject: „Delivery of licenses for updating/continuation of the right of use and support of Server Studio Suite Edition, Sentinel Server Suite Edition and DBVisualizer Pro software products for 12 months“; Distinct Position № 18 with subject: „Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for new versions of GREX EDIFACT TO XML converter for 12 months“; Distinct Position № 19 with subject: „Ensuring licenses for support and usage rights for new versions of internet investigation software PATERVA MALTEGO for 12 months“; Distinct Position № 20 with subject: „Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for Adobe software products“; Distinct Position № 21 with subject: „Delivery of subscription rights and support for dWare OS application „Cards for rest bases of Customs Agency“; Distinct Position № 22 with subject: „Ensuring licenses for updating/continuation of the right of use and support of the case management system – NZOOM“. According to Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, it is provided that distinct positions from № 17 to № 22 inclusive shall be awarded in the order provided for the individual estimated value of each of them, since the estimated value of each distinct position from № 17 to № 22 inclusive does not exceed 79 998,77 euros without VAT and the total estimated value of distinct positions from № 17 to № 22 inclusive (which amounts to 93 878,27 euros without VAT), awarded in this way, does not exceed twenty percent (1 670 745,85 euros without VAT) of the total estimated value of the contract, which amounts to 8 353 729,27 euros without VAT. In view of the above, through the present open procedure, distinct positions from № 1 to № 16 inclusive, whose estimated value is in the amount of 8 259 851,00 euros without VAT, shall be awarded. After applying the provision of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act and awarding distinct positions from № 17 to № 22 inclusive, the remaining value of the open procedure with subject: „Delivery of support licenses and usage rights for software products and development of the technological architecture of Customs Agency“ amounts to 8 259 851,00 euros without VAT.
