France – Health and social work services – REALISATION DE CONTROLES MEDICAUX AU DOMICILE DES ASSURES DE LA CAISSE DE COORDINATION AUX ASSURANCES SOCIALES (CCAS) DE LA RATP

This contract notice aims to establish a single-supplier framework agreement with no minimum and a maximum quantity of 8 000 checks over 48 months, for the provision of medical check services, carried out by medical examiners, at the insured's home. The medical check carried out at the home of the insured persons, under the Caisse de Coordination aux Assurances Sociales (CCAS) of the RATP, aims to verify whether the work stoppage is medically justified on the day of the check, without commenting on the nature of the condition or the prescribed treatment. This is not about evaluating the patient's health status at the time the work stoppage was prescribed, but exclusively at the time of the check visit. The checks can in no case be carried out by teleconsultation. This modality is formally excluded from the scope of the service. The estimated start date for the services is set at 01/01/2027. NB: the draft framework agreement and the terms of reference will be provided after a confidentiality undertaking is sent via the bravosolution platform messaging.
