Netherlands – Medical equipments – Patiënten- & Hartmonitoren AZ 2027 e.v. (GGD BZO & BMWN)

The purchase and maintenance/repairs of the P&H monitors will be arranged through an agreement with a single supplier. This agreement has an initial term of 6 years, with the option to extend the agreement twice for two years. After this, the agreement ends automatically. The initial contract duration of six years aligns with the economic lifespan of the P&H monitors, while the optional extensions will only be used if the collaboration, pricing, and performance justify it. The extensions are therefore not automatic, but dependent on explicit evaluation moments. Bizob is tendering this order on behalf of GGD BZO and RAV BMWN.
