The subject of the public contract (hereinafter also “PC”) is reactive and proactive service support for HPE server and storage infrastructure, including diagnostics, incident resolution, preventive checks, firmware/health checks and technical support, and this to the extent of the minimum technical and functional specification set out in Annex 2 of these tender conditions (hereinafter also “solution” or “subject of the contract”). • Further specification of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 of these tender conditions (hereinafter also “TC”) - Minimum Technical and Functional Specification. • The subject of the public contract is also defined by the binding Draft agreement for the provision of support services for HPE technologies + annexes, which forms Annex 3 of these TC.
