1. The subject of the contract is the manufacture of a spectrometer, which is a gas-phase sample analyzer for an ultra-precise research and measurement breath analyzer station, hereinafter referred to as the "Device", the training of the Contracting Authority's staff, and the delivery of the constructed Device to the Świętokrzyskie Laboratory Campus of the Chief Office of Measures. 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as "DSC", is contained in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Conditions (SCC) and in the Draft Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as "DCT", which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SCC.
