Germany – Electronic cards – Beschaffung von Signaturkarten einschließlich qualifizierten elektronischen Zertifikaten

The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement for the procurement of signature cards including qualified electronic certificates for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia by means of an open procedure under § 15 I 1 VgV. The estimated call-off quantity (estimated quantity) is 1,900 signature cards. The maximum order quantity is 3,500 signature cards. The framework agreement starts on 01.10.2026 with a duration of 24 months. It is extended twice by 12 months each, unless terminated by the contracting authority with a notice period of 3 months before its end.
