Hungary – Engineering design services – Miskolc tervezés DBR

The Municipality of Miskolc, a County with Municipal Rights, wishes to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DBR) for the procurement of engineering design services. The duration of the DBR's existence: 36 months. The tender notice specifies three categories within the DBR: 1. Category: Subsurface construction design tasks – planned value: net 217,000,000 HUF. 2. Category: Road construction design tasks – planned value: net 332,000,000 HUF. 3. Category: Above-ground construction design tasks – planned value: net 200,000,000 HUF. The tender notice, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, simultaneously makes available the precise technical description and contractual terms for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system with the dispatch of the call(s) for tenders. The tender notice, pursuant to Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the possibility that, during the implementation of the DBR, with the dispatch of the call for tenders, it may, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements, specify a sub-tendering opportunity in the call for tenders for the specific procurement needs set out therein.
