France – Building alteration work – Marché global de performances pour la conception, réalisation, exploitation et maintenance du projet de réhabilitation de l'ancien bâtiment des archives départementales en Centre d'Histoire et de Mémoire de Montpellier

This consultation concerns a Performance-Based Global Contract for the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the project to rehabilitate the former departmental archives building into the Centre d'Histoire et de Mémoire de Montpellier. The procurement procedure used is competitive dialogue. It is subject to Articles L. 2124-4, R. 2124-5, R. 2161-24 to R. 2161-31 and L. 2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure is divided into two distinct phases:

- A first phase of tendering, known as the "selection of tenders", at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected;

- A second phase of tendering, known as the "offer", at the end of which the successful tenderer will be chosen.

At the end of the selection of tenders phase, 3 candidates will be retained to participate in the second phase. This is an ordinary contract. The estimated amount is indicated in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by lump-sum prices.
