France – Application service providers – Solution de Disclosure Management en SaaS

This tender is a single-supplier framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount. The contract is for the supply of a SaaS solution for the production and publication of the Annual Financial Report (AFR), as described in the CSFT. The solution enables:

- Securing, ensuring the reliability of, and industrialising the production of the Annual Financial Report,

- Embedding regulatory requirements (including ESEF) and their evolutions,

- Strengthening collaboration between contributors,

- Interfacing with financial and extra-financial source systems for efficient, traceable, and auditable report production.

The solution also allows RATP to provide its subsidiaries, if they wish, with licenses to access the service. The services included in the scope of the contract are described below.

Minimum Amount Services:

- Implementation of the Integrated Solution (including 3 months of VSR);

- Access to the Application Service for a period of 48 months;

Maximum Amount Services:

- The Minimum Amount Services;

- Access to the Application Service for an additional maximum period of 48 months;

- Extension of the Application Service for a maximum amount of 500 000 €;

- Associated services for a maximum volume of 400 man-days;

- Reversibility.

The contract is concluded for an initial period of 48 months from the notification of the first OLS. Unless written notice of termination is given by RATP with a 3-month notice period, it will be tacitly renewed for 4 periods of 12 months each. All information relating to the application is indicated in the Special Conditions of the Consultation (RPC) made available to candidates on the platform.
