The subject of the Contract is the management and supervision and control of the implementation of the Construction Contract during the execution of the Works within the project “Works on the railway line C–E 20 on the section Pilawa – Łuków”. The scope of the Contract also includes the Option to extend the term for the scope of the basic task. A detailed description can be found in the Contract Conditions Specification - hereinafter "SWZ", consisting of: Volume I - Instructions for Contractors - hereinafter IDW, Volume II Contract Conditions - hereinafter WU, Volume III - Description of the Subject of the Contract - hereinafter OPZ.
