The cleaning service will cover all the premises that form part of this Barcelona site. The cleaning of these premises will include the following surfaces, materials and objects: floors, pavements, vertical surfaces, staircases and their handrails, banisters, skirting boards, furniture, utensils and various equipment, doors and windows, upholstery and articles containing textile elements, partition screens, exterior and interior glazing, interior glazed doors and any other glazed elements, sanitary ware, mirrors, tiling, bathroom accessories, covers, luminaires and lamps, curtains and screens, control panels, ceilings, exterior and interior signage, bollards and/or turnstiles for access control, electric vehicle chargers, crockery and glassware. It will also include the specific cleaning of auxiliary textile material (tablecloths, napkins, towels, etc.: washing, ironing or dry cleaning as appropriate).
