This contract concerns the appointment of a litigation finance company. The dispute to be financed under this contract is a claim for damages arising from the decision of the Belgian Competition Authority of 2 July 2024, which fined Securitas, G4S and Seris, to sanction their participation in an agreement in the private security sector during the period 2008-2020.
