Germany – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – Full-Service Mietvertrag - Herz-Lungen-Maschine und Hyothermiegerät

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a full-service contract for a "Heart-Lung Machine & Hypothermia Machine", i.e. the provision of at least one heart-lung machine and one hypothermia machine with the option to rent up to three additional heart-lung machines and three additional hypothermia machines, as well as the management (including service) of the rented and all existing equipment, and the data management and provision of consumables with stock for all devices (heart-lung machines and hypothermia machines) in accordance with the specification. The contract is to be concluded for an indefinite period. The contract can be terminated for the first time after the expiry of a basic term of at least 4 years (subject to negotiation). If it is not terminated, it will automatically renew for one year at a time.
