The GESOBAU plans to carry out a modernisation measure in the occupied state in its residential groups WHG 2294, 2295, 2300, 4173, 4239 in Berlin. The residential groups include the building groups with the following addresses:

• WHG 2294: Berliner Straße 47/48 in 13189 Berlin-Pankow

• WHG 2295: Berliner Straße 30 in 13189 Berlin-Pankow

• WHG 2300: Berliner Straße 22 in 13189 Berlin-Pankow

• WHG 4173: Binzstraße 61 in 13189 Berlin-Pankow

• WHG 4239: Binzstraße 45 in 13189 Berlin-Pankow

The five residential groups consist of a total of 5 buildings with 6 staircases and 60 residential units with approx. 3,776 m² of residential space and 450 m² of commercial space. The buildings are not listed and are not located within a Social Conservation Area. The tender procedure seeks bidders as general planners who can take on such a complex task.
