Estonia – Aircraft liability insurance services – Õhusõidukite vastutuskindlustuse, pilootide ning kolmandate isikute õnnetusjuhtumi kindlustusteenuse tellimine

The procurement of insurance services for the liability of aircraft, pilots and third-party accident insurance in accordance with the terms set out in the public procurement documents. The validity of the police is required for the period 06.11.2026 – 05.11.2027. The subject of the contract and its technical requirements are described in more detail in the technical specification. The technical specification and the draft contract, which has been approved for internal use in accordance with AvTS § 35 lg 1 p 12 and 19 and PPVS § 4 lg 5, will only be issued to applicants who have submitted an unsigned and undated confidentiality declaration. If the bidder is a branch registered in Estonia in the name of a foreign company, the tender passport must be submitted for both the foreign company and the branch registered in Estonia, in respect of which the absence of grounds for exclusion is checked. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification requirements: See the tender documents.
