Belgium – Printing and related services – Raamovereenkomst voor druk, handling & levering stadsmagazine en toeristisch stadsplan Brugge en vormgeving & begeleiding (content) drukwerk Mintus

The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of services related to design, printing, finishing, processing, and, where applicable, the supply of communication products for Stad Brugge, Visit Bruges and Mintus. The contract is divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Printing and handling of the city magazine Stad Brugge

Lot 2: Printing, handling and delivery of the tourist city map Visit Bruges

Lot 3: Design and (supervision of) printed content Mintus

The services are performed per lot via sub-contracts and/or call-off orders, and include all necessary actions for the realization of a qualitative end product, in accordance with the specifications of this tender. The execution is based on content supplied by the contracting authority or adapted in consultation, and according to the agreed schedules.
