Belgium – Transport equipment and auxiliary products to transportation – Leasing opérationnel pour une flotte de véhicules de fonction

The present service contract aims to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Articles 2, 35° and 43 of the law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The company « Le Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps », hereinafter referred to as the Circuit, intends to conclude this framework agreement, all the terms of which are set with a number of leasing companies. During the term of the framework agreement, the company « Le Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps » will request offers for operational leasing prices from the tenderers with competitive bidding. The framework agreement is concluded with the leasing companies selected by notifying them of the approval of their offer.
