The City of Chur aims to develop its administrative sites in a needs-based, economical and future-proof manner. Modern office work environments should promote collaboration, support different working methods and provide employees with a contemporary working environment. At the same time, the requirements for flexibility, space efficiency, sustainability and user orientation have steadily increased in recent years. The planning and development of office work environments encompasses both planning and conceptual tasks as well as the implementation of related moves, relocations and workplace changes. For this purpose, different specialist competencies and coordinated collaboration between planning and operational implementation are required. Therefore, the City of Chur intends to commission suitable external service partners for workplace planning and the operational implementation of moves. With the present call for tenders, framework agreements for planning and moving services for office work environments are being tendered. This will ensure that the City of Chur can draw on qualified specialists for future projects as needed and plan and implement projects efficiently, uniformly and with quality assurance.
