Czechia – Construction work – Trolejbusová trať Černovické terasy

The subject of the contract is the execution of a work titled "Trolejbusová trať Černovické terasy", consisting of the following works and deliveries: a) completion of documentation for the execution of the construction in the form of change documentation for the realization of the construction (hereinafter also referred to as "change documentation"), i.e. project documentation amending the original project documentation at the stage of documentation for the selection of the contractor with the title: "Trolejbusová trať Černovické terasy", prepared by the company SUDOP BRNO, spol. s r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation") to meet the requirements of the contracting authority as set out in the annexes to the terms of the contract (draft contract for the work). b) handling of matters in the sense of obtaining a building permit for the change before completion and ensuring the issuance of a decision on the permit for the change before completion according to the change documentation by the relevant building authority, c) implementation of the construction of the new trolleybus line, including cable routes and transformers Slatina and Terasy, in accordance with the project documentation and change documentation.
