Germany – Communication land-line rental – Betrieb Gigabit-Netz in Attenweiler

Subject of this tender is the leasing of a passive fibre optic network to a service provider, which, through a service concession as the contractor (AN), ensures network operation and provides internet and telecommunications services, also as a bundled offer, to private and commercial end users for an appropriate fee. In addition, the AN is responsible, among other things, for offering both active and passive upstream products to requesters, taking into account the publications by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure of 23.12.2024 (see also https://www.gigabitfoerderung.gov.de/downloads/). Additional services include maintenance, upkeep, repair, documentation, as well as fault-clearing and service provision, and related services.
