France – Construction work for warehouses and industrial buildings – Conception et réalisation d'une Plateforme Logistique de 9 456m² (+/-15%) avec terrain ou réhabilitation d’un bâtiment existant sur le secteur de St Etienne (42) sous format BEFA

Design and construction of a 9 456m² (+/-15%) Logistics Platform with land or rehabilitation of an existing building in a geographical area located in the sector of St Etienne intra-muros, the area of La Talaudière or St Priest en Jarez, close to the major A72 and N88 roads, with access roads for heavy goods vehicles. Project in BEFA. The project must integrate the industrial process of La Poste over 9 456m² (+/-15%) of operational areas, including 815m² of tertiary areas; parking requirements are 73 parking spaces for light commercial vehicles (VUL) indoors and/or outdoors, including 68 spaces for vehicles < 8m³ and 5 spaces for vehicles > 8m³; 11 heavy goods vehicle/ mobile container loading bays; 1 ground-level loading bay for heavy goods vehicles in the courtyard; 10 loading doors reserved for light vehicles (depending on the configuration of the VUL parking); 151 parking spaces for staff cars, including 3 disabled spaces; 2 parking spaces for heavy goods vehicles; 3 parking spaces for mobile containers; 2 spaces for Log’Issimo vehicles (3m x 6.5m). The Client is open to any alternative solution that can meet the requirements of this functional need, however any candidature outside the mentioned perimeter will be declared inadmissible. The land or building proposed must have sufficient capacity to meet the requirements of the project (building surface, number of parking spaces and associated circulation lanes, number of heavy goods vehicle/light vehicle loading bays including associated turning areas). The usual ratios are 1m² of built space for 3m² of land minimum for a construction, depending on the configuration of the plot.
