This is a framework agreement for supply orders, with an estimated amount of 1 307 500 Euros excl. VAT and a maximum amount of 3 922 500 Euros excl. VAT over the 4-year duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement for supply orders takes effect from the date of its notification for a period of twelve (12) months; this date constitutes the anniversary date of the framework agreements in question. It is renewable by tacit renewal for three (3) periods of twelve (12) months.
