Denmark – Marina construction work – Løgstør Havn - Ny marina

The procurement is conducted as a restricted procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act §§ 58-60 (EU procurement) with prior qualification without negotiation (Act No. 116 of 03.02.2025). The procurement includes the expansion of Løgstør Harbour with a new marina with approximately 59 new boat berths. A new approximately 370 m long outer breakwater is established. Before the establishment of the outer breakwater, vertical drains must be established to accelerate settlements under the outer breakwater. The outer breakwater is completed with a pile-supported breakwater head. On the back side of the outer breakwater, a pile-supported timber boat bridge is established along the entire length. In the new marina, timber boat bridges are established at Forfyrspladsen, Kongekajen, and Beddingspladsen, founded on tropical timber piles and mooring piles. Along the timber boat bridges, electricity and water supply are established. Generally, the new harbour basin should have a water depth to chart datum -3.0, and there will be a need to dredge parts of the new harbour basin.
